	We want to be in the "name game". Our organization is to perform the DNR process with exceptional and personable service for our customers. All companies selling domain names will offer some level of service, but it is the way in which we will guide the customer through our DNR process that will earn us an outstanding reputation in this industry. Objectives Globally there are 6,000,000 domain names, including 3,000,000 in the United States. During the initial rollout (first 90-180 days) with aggressive marketing we are targeting a 4% market share. If growth remains consistent with historical trends, we expect a 25 percent increase yearly in domain name registrations. Within the first year of operations, we anticipate growing market share to capture 15 percent of new and existing registrations. This will be accomplished by innovative services, marketing strategies and press activities to increase the company's visibility and impact on a global basis. NameStop Inc. will provide all members of the world wide Internet community a convenient and easy to understand online interface that automates the process of obtaining and maintaining an address on the Internet. We will strive to provide new and existing consumers a simple mechanism for maintaining their records in the Domain Name Service registry. By applying proven information design techniques, graphic design, and firewall technologies, NameStop's customers will be assured that their data is handled and stored in a secure environment. We will continually look for ways to improve the DNR process for our customers, and for our business to maximize our ability to complete all tasks in a timely manner. We are a consortium of Web Site Administration students, many of us adding to our existing degrees, and we bring a wide range of experience and business acumen. We offer a pool of talent that includes database specialists, graphic designers, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript and PERL programmers, Flash experts, and network administrators. As a team, we bring a gifted eye, state-of-the-art information design techniques, and web site administration training which can accomplish any online goal. back to top
